Every world on Vizlings is original, owned by no studio and open to anyone who wants to build in it. Here is the rule, the belief and the deal.
Straight to the worldsNot Batman. Not the mouse. Nothing borrowed from somebody else's universe, however good the costume would look. Everything on Vizlings is original, or it is not on Vizlings.
Other people's lawyers have enough to do.
Vizlings starts worlds and hands the community the keys. Explore them, make things inside them, push them somewhere new. What you add becomes part of the world, and the world remembers who added it.
Crypto and blockchain had a perfect opening to build communal ownership of stories and spent it on receipts. We would rather build the tool that actually does it.
Each one arrives with a look, a mood and a standing invitation to make things in it. More will follow. These went first.
The Nocturnals
Moonlit ruins, standing appointments at midnight; build them something worth staying up for.
The Macaroni
A cabaret of dapper troublemakers who dress better than they behave; write them a new act.
Fruitopia
Sweet-natured chaos where the citizens have fruit for heads; plant something and see what grows.
The Robits
Rebel robots in a workshop that never closes; bring a blueprint, leave a legend.
A points system on the backend records contributions, quietly, from the first thing you make. Nothing to claim, nothing to stake. It counts.
Payment rails and revenue share. When a world succeeds, the people who built it benefit. These worlds are headed for series, comics and screens of any kind.
We will develop the mechanics with the community, in the open. The mechanics will evolve. The direction will not.
